Local law firm OTP Law Corporation is currently using a cloud-based practice management system called CoreMatter, which allows its four lawyers to manage information like case files, client details and financial invoices on their mobile phones.
OTP litigation lawyer Mr Lim Seng Siew said the system has saved time, but believes that Singapore’s legal community is only just beginning to figure out how technology can be applied to their daily work.

She also talked shared on ‘Divorce and You’ outreach talks and other channels of assistance a people may want to consider. PracticeForte Advisory affiliate Lim Seng Siew of OTP Law Corporation chairing this afternoon’s plenary session 5 ” The Trial ” at the Litigation Conference 2019 organised by the Law Society of Singapore. Panelists discussed possible impact of the Civil Justice Reforms on trials, preparation of witnesses and what it means to have “increased judicial involvement” during trials in a largely adversarial system.
